The recent news of Steward Health Care’s decision to close Nashoba Valley Medical Center is abhorrent and shows an utter lack of regard for the safety and well-being of our area.

This is a critical election year, up and down the ballot, and I am asking for your crucial support to ensure my re-election. Every contribution, big or small, makes a significant impact. We have a goal of raising $5,500 by the end of the month.

I am proud to be leading the effort to address the structural, long-term solutions needed to solve our school funding formula problem. This Friday, I am bringing together a variety of stakeholders to determine what that structural fix is.

On Sunday afternoon, I was able to personally thank about 50 of our volunteers who attended our Volunteer Appreciation Cookout in the backyard of Margaret Hladysz's home.
